council is asking to talk about binding arbitration. rob fladeboe joins us live. what is happening, rob? >>reporter: catherine is going to be a late one they're just getting started by this time tomorrow the could be one more item headed for the november ballot for voters to decide. mainly the state of the 1978 labor law " to binding arbitration a ". if they have two different options to follow the city of san jose's lead to asked for or to do what stockton in vallejo did or to repeal it all together. this stems from a contract talks in firefighters over staffing levels minimum staffing levels. i will check back in and have more for this at 10:30 live in palo alto, back to you.
